On the afternoon of January 8, 2024, Sunlight Sanitary Medical Technology Jiangyin Co., Ltd. held its 2023 Annual Summary and Commendation Conference and 2024 Work Deployment Conference. Sunlight Sanitary Medical's Chairperson, Mr. Chen, General Manager Sun Yu, heads of various departments, and all employees participated in the conference.
General Manager's Annual Work Report
General Manager Sun Yu At the meeting, General Manager Sun Yu summarized and analyzed the company's operating conditions in 2023, reviewing the company's operations in various aspects last year and the honors and qualifications obtained. She also deployed new work for 2024 and proposed three measures: First, to build a user-oriented organization; second, to cultivate old customers and achieve top-tier customers; and third, to approach product development like drilling for oil. She also expressed the hope that all employees would focus on doing each task well every day. Vice General Manager Tao Qingfeng
Vice General Manager Tao Vice General Manager Tao reported on the 2023 work based on specific data on the output, energy consumption, and yield rate of the hydroentanglement sector. He also pointed out that increasing production, improving quality, increasing efficiency, strictly controlling yield and energy consumption, and developing new products are new goals for next year.

For the Sunlight Sanitary Medical Sales Department, Head Xu summarized the sales situation in 2023 and proposed measures to achieve new sales targets in six modules: sales tasks, flexible pricing, team building and management, customer maintenance management, and new growth points. For Heying, he proposed new year goals and approaches to achieve them from multiple perspectives, including top-tier customers and customer development.
Jiebaiye General Manager Wang Feng
General Manager Wang General Manager Wang stated that, based on the new goals set for 2024, the Jiebaiye team will conduct a comprehensive review of industrial wipes and consumer goods sectors, further eliminating unreasonable and blind inventory, and developing new products based on practical applications. In sales, the focus will be on achieving data-driven results and accumulating profits, while simultaneously building a stable and combat-ready team through practical experience.
Heyu General Manager Liu Jinsheng
General Manager Liu General Manager Liu stated that, as a newly grown department, Heyu achieved a breakthrough from 0 to 1 in 2023 on the foundation of 2022, making new breakthroughs in equipment, output, products, and new products. He also stated that in the new year, new work goals will be set, personnel allocation will be improved and enhanced, and more comprehensive support measures will be taken to promote the steady development of Heyu Purification. Furthermore, he outlined the three-year development plan for Heyu Purification.

III. How to Achieve Development Goals
Looking Ahead 2024 is full of anticipation. As an enterprise, we must be down-to-earth and focus on the specific goals and tasks proposed by General Manager Sun Yu in his report. The overall sales target for 2024 should combine the company's advantages, leveraging strengths and adapting to the situation. We need to continuously improve our organizational structure and reward and incentive mechanisms. Management must be more solid, with responsibilities assigned to departments and individuals. We must build the company team into a force that can fight and win battles.
