The resumption of work in the new year was a difficult start. We had to do a good job in epidemic prevention and control, and arrange production under the condition of staff shortage. "A year is too long, we must seize every moment." Sunshine Weiyi has grown from a small team of 20 people to 200 today; from a barren land to three workshops in operation. All this has happened quietly this year. In the eyes of the leaders, the Sunshine speed is the Shenzhen speed! I hope this spirit can take root and flourish in the hearts of every colleague.

Strategic planning is a painful choice. This year is a year that tests human nature and "moral character." It can be said that 2020 was an open-book exam, an easy question, but 2021 is a life-or-death exam. This year's work priorities will continue to focus on R&D innovation and quality first, continuously improving talent gathering capabilities, strengthening professional talent reserves, promoting the classification management of the talent team, conducting targeted training, and improving employees' ability to achieve performance goals.
